Returns

You have 90 days from delivery to return your Dog Dock for a full refund — no questions asked.

  1. Email support@dogdockseat.com with your order number (starts with #DD).
  2. We send you a prepaid US return label within one business day.
  3. Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.

Items should be clean and returned with all parts — LATCH connectors, straps, tether, waterproof liner. The Road Trip Kit hammock and travel harness should be included if you bought that pack.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Skip the return — email us a photo and we ship a replacement free of charge under the Dog Dock Warranty.
